Busayo Odunlami is a global Business Transformation advisor with a personal purpose of leading technology-driven solutions so that youth and women in underrepresented communities globally have the tools to enable their economic and financial independence.
With more than 15 years of experience across North America, Africa, Europe, and Asia, he has advised Fortune 10 to 500 firms, governments, and global nonprofits. Currently an Enterprise Change & Business Transformation advisor for financial services firms and formerly a Senior Consultant at EY Global Consulting Services, Busayo leads people-centered transformations leveraging ADKAR, PROSCI, and McKinsey's frameworks.
He is committed to helping clients realize their strategic goals by coaching and recommending solutions to teams and leaders on the business challenges at the intersection of people, systems, and digital technology.
He has worked to deliver and recommend strategic solutions supporting global agile business transformation and improvement initiatives.
He volunteers as a regional board member for Birthright Africa. Birthright Africa is a not-for-profit that, through travel and project-based learning, inspires young adults of African descent ages 13 – 30 to explore their cultural roots and legacy of innovation within the United States and select nations in Africa as a birthright.
He is a co-founder and volunteers as the Director of Program, Partnerships, and External Relations at the Billion Strong Foundation, an education foundation with a mission to equip the next billion people ages 18-40 with the technological resources and skills to succeed in the digital marketplace.
He served as an advisor and board member of the World Bank Junior Professional Association and World Bank Youth to Youth Organizing Committee. He is a founding and board member of the World Bank Group - International Monetary Fund Young African Society.
Busayo enjoys building people, products, cities, and social entrepreneurship. He also loves music, including afrobeat, world music, yoga, and mentoring entrepreneurs in different career stages.
